From 4.23 - Reliability, punctuality and resilience From 4.26 - The customer experience and stakeholder engagement From 4.45 - Environmental Impact I will leave it to members to raise other matters, but a quick search of the document brought up "not found" for buffet, trolley, restaurant, dog, or luggage ... and cycle only in reference to station access and parking.
