Post by: rogerpatenall on October 03, 2017, 10:38:13 I might have mentioned this before, but there was a time (probably in the sixties) when stations were issued with 'A' boards. Printed at the top was "Trains are running late due to" and underneath was a blackboard area on which was scrawled one word 'Delay".
