Title: Trolly Dollies........training Post by: Mookiemoo on February 27, 2008, 19:36:44 One on tonights train
Had 1 hour training yesterday and put on the 1721 cotswolds line train Had no control over said trolley North of oxford, often had trolley in middle of carriage coming into short platforms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To be honest, no trolley and served from the access door would be better I'm not criticising the guy who did it - he'll probably turn out to be very good! I just cant believe they turn someone out onto a problematic line with so little training! His customer service as a trolly dolly was excellent - it was awareness of the other issues he lacked Title: Re: Trolly Dollies........training Post by: Btline on February 27, 2008, 23:07:58 I feel sorry for anyone who as to push a trolley through a train.
Had one with a problem on Chiltern once. Apparently, it was a "new type of trolley!" Luckily, as it was Chiltern, who provide enough carriages, it was not overcrowded- making her job easier.
