The document, written by Cornwall Labour Party, spells out the needs of the county and how these could best be met through current and future Labour policies. Cornwall Labour Party chairman Nick Brown said the document was a grassroot manifesto which had looked at Labour policies in Cornwall since Labour came to power in 1997 and what could be done to tailor the Government's policies to Cornwall's specific needs.
