Title: Collecting tickets from a ticket machine using GWR mobile app

Having used the GWR app over the last 5 years to collect my tickets from ticket machines due to ordering them online through a computers I notice (unless I'm being thick) that this option is no longer available since the app upgraded. Hence I nearly missed my train today as I had to go into a ticket office and try and explain my predicament without a reference number.

If you are logged into your GWR account through the app, you will be emailed your collection reference in the same way that you do when buying via their website. But you do need to log in through the app.

The app is being updated in August so that the collection reference will appear in the app, as it did in the previous version, according to GWR management today.
