Title: TOCs' Performance Post by: eightf48544 on January 16, 2017, 11:40:47 I was at Reading on Friday went to see the History of Reading Railways at the Old Town Hall Town very interesting. Unfortunately it's now closed I only just heard about it to get there on the penultimate day. Reading really was made by the railway.
Back at the station I was attracted to Train Performance Board in the old station entrance. Could only find SWT poster not GWR! SWT look as if they will shortly have to be giving a discount to season ticket holders as there Annual Moving Average is is only a couple of tenths above limit and current punctuality seems to be below 80% which will pull the AMA below threshold. Unless of course if punctuality improves dramatically. there also seemed to be quite a lot of void days. Title: Re: TOCs' Performance Post by: Surrey 455 on January 16, 2017, 23:20:14 I renewed my SWT annual travelcard just after Christmas and got a £239 discount for Service disruptions. This was for just a 6 month period covering about 30 disruptions. When I replaced my season ticket earlier in 2016 on one of the 3 or 4 occasions that the mag stripe failed, I also received cash back for a long list of service disruptions. That one was for about £100.
