The bottom feeders bottom feeding solicitors sent out this demand to someone alleged to have contravened rules in a private car park.

They were the topic of a discussion on 'parking like a tit Cornwall' on Facebook. Several posters gave advise to the lady enquiring that they'd received CCJs by this company over unpaid fines.
2012 parking regulations allow the private companies to obtain action against the registered keeper, so should not be ignored. Previous advise to 2012 was to ignore as they could only take action against the driver who couldn't normally be proven. I hadn't seen the amount in question though when I typed all that! DRP and G24 are the same company as well!
