Title: Christian Woolmar speaking in Bristol 15th Dec
Post by: johnneyw on October 28, 2016, 00:02:53
Vale of Berkeley Railway have arranged for well known rail writer Christian Woolmar to speak at the Filton Community Centre, Bristol, 15 Dec, 19.30 - 21.30. Looks like entry is free. There's a bit more on VoBR's Facebook page. Their website though, is still giving the now superseded Sharpness venue.

With thanks for your post, johnneyw, I've also added a link to our Coffee Shop forum calendar - if only to raise the profile of this event.  :)

Many thanks Chris. Latest I've got is that it's actually three quid on the door.

Will be interesting to see what he has to say given that he is standing in the Richmond Park by-election.

Which takes place two weeks before this, so he'll probably have lost by then, or may cancel if elected.
