First Group Careers are looking for a digital engagement officer, Paddington or Swindon based (despite the URL)

I suspect it's a position to sit alongside or report to Ollie; little indication of any particular seniority in the advert and alongside the lack of base salary, it could be that the level will be based on the candidate(s) chosen.
