A person has died after getting hit by a train on the line which runs between Reading station and London Paddington. At around 2.20pm Great Western Railway (GWR) reported that a person had been hit on the tracks near Southall railway station. GWR reports as of 16:20 Following a person being hit by a train earlier between London Paddington and Reading all lines have now reopened. Impact: Train services running to and from these stations are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
