Online this year … and they are forms with multiple sections to fill in. No single / easy / combined document comes back - just a "thank you for submitting" which in the case of the photos contradicts what the enter instructions say. Also noting a request for captions for pictures, but nowhere provided to add those captions - I wonder if we're supposed to use photoshop to add them?
