What do "unlimited travel" and "West of England" mean to you?  Anyone like to hazard a guess what this is actually advertising?

Any more examples of advertising stretch on travel and transport products?

First Bus, west of England section?
West of England to those without knowledge of the organisation would probably be Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall and maybe Dorset?
