3 fares Subject to availability and only for travel on services operated by GWR 4 tickets are non-refundable and must be booked at least 21 days in advance of travel 5 no other discounts are applicable with this offer 6 excludes GWR services between London and Oxford and services between Taunton and Barnstaple, Taunton and Bude, Taunton and Torquay, Taunton and Padstow, Taunton and Newquay, Taunton and Falmouth Docks, Taunton and Penzance Para 6, especially if read in conjunction with para 3, gives the impression that GWR run services to Padstow and Bude. What possessed someone to include these destinations? Why not just say “services west of Taunton?†Title: Re: First Class Sale Post by: bobm on June 30, 2016, 18:57:52 Can you go Taunton to Paignton, Looe or St Ives?

Title: Re: First Class Sale Post by: TonyK on July 01, 2016, 09:52:40 T&C condition 9 - only invited passengers may apply. How do we get an invite? I guess I got mine because I signed up to newsletters etc from the GWR website. Title: Re: First Class Sale Post by: Tim on July 01, 2016, 11:41:36 T&C condition 9 - only invited passengers may apply. How do we get an invite? The rule doesn't say that only invited passengers may travel or that the ticket is invalid for travel if not used by an invited person. Can we take this to mean that the an invitee can buy a ticket for you? Title: Re: First Class Sale Post by: ChrisB on July 01, 2016, 14:15:24 Quote from the invite email

Title: Re: First Class Sale Post by: TonyK on July 05, 2016, 17:06:17 It looks like this has more terms than a Zimbabwean Presidency and more conditions that David Ginola's barnet.

Title: Re: First Class Sale Post by: TonyK on July 07, 2016, 09:22:06 £35 each way 1st class London/Glasgow - bargain! I'm looking at getting my mum back to Blackpool from Bristol. Looks like £6.95 from BHM is the cheapest with her senior card. Best complete journey from BRI is under £24, less than half price. I might go with her for the ride!
