Title: Rangers/Rovers + 16-25 & HMF Railcards Min Fares Post by: plymothian on May 22, 2016, 09:59:15 GWR's policy on minimum fares for Ranger and Rover tickets has now changed, whereby they were once excluded, any passenger travelling using a 16-25 for a Forces Railcard now has to pay minimum fare (^12 and ^13 respectively) on Ranger and Rover tickets before 10am Mon-Fri excl. Bank Holidays or during July & August.
