The pile up, which involved vehicles including a Megabus coach carrying 27 passengers, closed two lanes between junctions five and six earlier. No one was seriously injured in the crash near Castle Bromwich, West Midlands Ambulance Service said. A replacement coach arrived to collect stranded passengers, said West Midlands Police, who tweeted a picture.
