Title: Leeds trolley bus scheme rejected Post by: chuffed on May 13, 2016, 15:58:08 I have the impression that all the arguments put forward for rejecting the scheme in Leeds could have been applied equally well to Metrobust! Will Marvin now take a deep breath and cancel Metrobus ? The DFT has said Leeds can keep the money allocated to it for other public transport schemes. So why wasn't Bristol offered this option ? AIUI it was a case of agree to Metrobus or nothing.

It is not Marvin's call to reject it, I think all three have to.
