Title: What a delightful train journey - no, seriously :) Post by: BerkshireBugsy on February 26, 2016, 11:22:49 I have often been on an inter city service from Reading to Thatcham (and beyond) in the days just after the spring clock change when one particular TM says something like "enjoy the view through the windows as we follow the course of the K&A westbound".
As I have never been passed Kintbury on a train this recommendation was lost on me but this week I have had some early morning journeys from THA to BPW via Westbury and, with the early morning frost laying thick on the land I understand how scenic it can be.
