Title: RIP Off Britain (21/1/2016) - Ticket problems Post by: BerkshireBugsy on January 21, 2016, 10:02:58 There was a segment about 30 minutes into this programme which covered the woes of a customer who bought tickets through a 3rd party and then had issues getting refunds for some of the tickets after she subsequently injured herself and was unable to travel
