Title: who do I claim compensation from when delay caused by connection? Post by: Tim on October 27, 2015, 11:47:45 Trip was Bath to Stockport. I assume flow is priced by XC. The Bath - Temple Meads leg was a GWR train which was 9 minutes late. That caused us to (just) miss our train to Stockport as a consequence we arrived 1 hour late there.
It was GWR's fault, but their train was only slightly late. It was the XC leg of the journey that incurred the 1 hour delay. Thanks Title: Re: who do I claim compensation from when delay caused by connection? Title: Re: who do I claim compensation from when delay caused by connection? Post by: Tim on October 27, 2015, 13:47:53 that is correct. I shall send to GWR thanks
