Title: Re: Person hit by CrossCountry train near Cullompton, 31 July 2015 Post by: brompton rail on July 31, 2015, 15:45:21 Line re-opened about 1400. XC 0935 Penzance to Manchester continued, running about 99 late. My brother was on following 12.25 Plymouth to Glasgow HST which terminated at Exeter St David's. Turned off train, eventually offered bus to Taunton ( as well as 1405 Stagecoach service 155 to Tiverton Parkway ( does it actually serve station?). Sensibly didn't take either but joined 14.04 Paignton to Manchester which is running about 6 or 7 down behind the 09.35 ex PNZ.
XC HST returned to Plymouth in service to pick up later northbound service -15.25 ex PLY, I think.
