Title: Improper use of emergency alarm Post by: ellendune on July 10, 2015, 20:03:59 It would appear that when the 18.28 Waterloo to Windsor was diverted through Hampton rather than Richmond some Passengers decided that this warranted an emergency. The result was that the train (already 10 late at Clapham Junction) is now 55 late at Ashford and still did not go through Richmond.
