Title: FGW Customer Service 0345 7000 125 Post by: Fourbee on July 08, 2015, 10:19:08 I noticed my old direct telephone number to Customer Services (based in Plymouth?) no longer worked and used the new 0345 7000 125 number which has been mentioned on here several times.
Are the staffing arrangements/call centre still the same behind this number?
