You can leave Motherwell, Oxenholme Lake District, Preston and Crewe on any train after 0415. Restriction 2T (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/ticket_types/62053.aspx) Crewe to Wolverhampton is valid on any train after 0900. Restriction CS (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/ticket_types/62310.aspx) That means realistically, based on the timetable, you can travel on any train from Motherwell from the 0604 onward.
