" Because sadly it didnt affect me - I got a seat, seeing as how I get on at worcester - I just had to put up with the grief that ensued as a result (and didnt get my two hours kip!) If it were me, I think I'd just slap in a claim anyway, verified or not, especially if there's double compensation for this too...
