I've placed your request here in our 'across the West' board, where it should hopefully gain the highest readership. Also, you may find a lot of the previous posts in another discussion topic on this forum of interest: for current comments, from here (http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=4600.msg175334#msg175334) onwards.
