My previous 'Where was I?' thread somehow got merged with a general discussion about squirrel recipes, so time to start a new one: I went for a very pleasant walk yesterday, and stumbled upon this. Where was I?

Thought that one might take a little longer than that!

The photo demonstates how land can be improved by carefully-controlled placement of household waste. Mmm.

It seems such locations seem to be improved regularly in this way.
