Title: Coffeeshop adds weight Post by: grahame on January 25, 2008, 06:17:26 I understand that one of the best ways to put on weight is to grab yourself one of those fancy coffees with cream and chocolate on your way to the station - up to 600 calories per cup.
Perhaps I should not post this in "The LIGHTER side"? Title: Re: Coffeeshop adds weight Post by: simonw on January 25, 2008, 13:32:17 True coffee drinkers enjoy Expressos and Americanos without milk, and these are close to 0 calories!
Title: Re: Coffeeshop adds weight Post by: Chris from Nailsea on January 25, 2008, 19:59:39 :o The 600 calories job is one of the starbucks 'venti' chocolaty coffees with loads of whipped cream on top and sprinkles of chocolate / marshmallows etc on it! Not sure I'd want to drink one of those at any time - least of all just before boarding a Voyager! ;D Title: Re: Coffeeshop adds weight Post by: vacman on January 25, 2008, 23:41:33 One spoon of Nescafe gold blend, hot water and a dash of milk!!

Title: Re: Coffeeshop adds weight Post by: smokey on January 27, 2008, 17:17:55 First Great Western Hot Chocolate shop simply doesn't work ;D I'll ease off FGW a bit these days now that others seem to understand the base of a lot of my threads. I will say that whilst most of FGW train crew do a good job, in ever more differcult circumstances, the FGW rostering office doesn't work, it's roster errors that cause much of the public misery with cancelled trains. On the drinks side, First Great Western Smoothie Shop would work!!!!
