Title: Engineering works - December 2015?!
Post by: BerkshireBugsy on December 14, 2014, 13:50:46
ok I know it seems a crazy question but are any insiders who know of any long term projects which may result in engineerng delays early December next year?

Of course by then the signalling problems we have suffered from will be a distant memory so travel will be very reliable (cough, cough, splutter, splutter )

Well what we do know is it won't be Reading as that is scheduled to finish at Easter. I'm sure there will be electrification work going on with maybe some major work at a major station like Bristol or Swindon where work can't really be done with just overnight possessions due to more complicated track layouts. Just a guess.
