Title: FGW to Refund Annual Season Ticket Holders Post by: John R on January 20, 2008, 17:04:46 There's a comment in today's Sunday Times that FGW are being forced to refund money to annual season ticket holders because of an error in its systems. That's all they say. Anyone know any more about this? I imagine it might be because the online system doesn't make allowance for discounts, but that's the only thing I can think of.
