Their CEO, Anna Matthews, had a spot at a Railfuture conference on Saturday, a most refreshing take on watchdogs & TOCs. Not sure she'll endear her software to TOCs with a speech that was highlighting the amount of back-slapping going on.... Can recommend this site - makes it easy to monitor London TOCs social media in real time....
