Occasionally I get reports that people are unable to log in, or are having problems changing their profile ...

** If you can't log in having tried an an incorrect password, please resubmit your login attempt by re-entering your name and password in the boxes directly under the "welcome guest" box on the login page, even if you have a big form displayed across the middle of the screen like this:

I think it might be a JavaScript / browser specific issue or an obscure bug in the software - and it's more efficient for me to point you at the work around than to find resources to spend a long time fixing at the moment!

** If you are having trouble changing your profile, log out and log in again.  If a session carries on using a "cookie" from one visit to the next, there are a few of the more secure things that you can't do until you have validated your CURRENT session. (Note - this one particularly effects me as administartor as those functions need to be authorised each time!)
