Title: Trowbridge signs (lack thereof) Post by: grahame on February 21, 2007, 21:43:01 Trowbridge, the county town of Wiltshire, is one of the major stops on the Heart of Wessex Service ...
Weymouth, Dorchester, Yeovil, Frome, Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Bath and Bristol. So why are there no signs at all at Trowbridge telling you about the trains that leave there every couple of hours for Weymouth? Is someone discouraging use of the service? Come to think of it ... why no signs about the trains to Melksham (1 stop, 10 minutes), Chippenham or Swindon either? Title: Re: Trowbridge signs (lack thereof) Post by: grahame on April 10, 2007, 10:43:01 Yes, it took a long time to get it up too. But I have an update - a very short time after it was put up, Jim, it was covered over with another poster and indeed it was in that state over the weekend. I have made further input and just been informed that it should not get covered over again (so I'm guessing that it's visible again now ... I need to check!)
