Title: ACoRP Map Post by: grahame on September 01, 2014, 17:14:16 I'm posting under "new and improved services", because ACoRP is all about putting new life into local lines. They've just updated the map on their website to show the lines that are members - and that's including a whole slew of them in Scotland as well as the odd one south of the border.
http://www.acorp.uk.com/Assets/ACoRP%20summary%20map%20v4.pdf ACoRP says ( http://www.acorp.uk.com/membership.html ) "Generally, we encourage rail re-opening groups, rail user organisations and local campaigns to join RailFuture or Campaign for Better Transport, with whom we work closely. Heritage railways are encouraged to join the Heritage Railway Association." ... however, I can confirm that once the service level on a line has reached a marketable level, and the community-inclusive grouping has proven its worth and wider partnership nature, membership does have its benefits.
