Title: GWML electrification on BBC South this morning 12/8/2014 Post by: BerkshireBugsy on August 12, 2014, 06:42:32 On the local news today they had a short segment showing the Brunel factory train in action at night. I don't know how recently this was taken but if you have access to BBC one south it may be on one of the later local news drop ins at 656/726 etc

Makes you wonder whether they were just looking for something to fill the time !

The HOOP train seems to have been dubbed 'Brunel' in the process. At least it wasn't wearing a stove pipe hat, and smoking !. Don't suppose the BBC cameraman were that enamoured being out in the dark and pouring rain at 2am in the morning....
