Quote Video shows Plymouth train firm woman showing off football skills https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2Ph_qlnUIU This is the moment an on-the-ball customer service ambassador showed off her impressive skills - when she was apparently caught off guard by a flying football. The talented staff member was filming for a corporate video for employer Plymouth train company First Great Western when she almost came a cropper as a bystander kicked the ball her way. But, she showcased her surprising soccer skills as she caught the ball mid-air, performed three kick-ups before booting the ball back to the youth. First Great Western were so impressed with the display of customer prowess they uploaded the performance to their YouTube channel. James Davies, a spokesman for First Great Western, said: "With 36 new customer ambassadors at stations across our network, our helpful and friendly staff are on hand. Whether they're providing customers with help and guidance on anything from travel advice to local information or expertly dealing with the unexpected, they are always in control." :o ::) ;D This page is printed from the "Coffee Shop" forum at http://gwr.passenger.chat which is provided by a customer of Great Western Railway.
