Title: 4hr 57 Minute Journey from Hereford to London Paddington Post by: supersonic on January 08, 2008, 14:56:38 Ridculous, was supposed to catch 1519 Hereford to London Service, you all guess what.. cancelled !!!, so had to get 1534 London Midland Service to Worcester, and then change there was advised no service until 1721, so had to wait around for another 45mins, left Worcester at 1726, and got into London 17 Mins late, at 2016.....
but i should have been in London at 1831, if First could operate a service worth paying for !!, so it should of only took me only 2hrs 12 mins, but instead a massive 4hrs 57mins I have sent off my complaint demanding my money back !!.. replies please many thanks !
