Title: Unit vice HST
Post by: devon_metro on January 04, 2008, 11:45:49
Looks like the 0738 Paignton - London was a unit up to Exeter, where it was cancelled due to a train fault. Presumably it was a unit then!

I think what happened was the HST failed so they ran a spare unit from Paignton-Exeter to connect with another HST.

It was a unit - it was 2 vice 8!

What it should be up until Exeter then, it doesn't even go to Exeter Central either so it never gets that busy.

At least it ran though, back in the days of two operators it would have been cancelled!
