Not available from TVMs. Also available from the FGW website if sufficient time is allowed for postal delivery. For free 1st Class Royal Mail delivery you need to order at least 6 working days ahead of the day of validity for a Ranger or the first day of validity for a Rover. In other words if it starts on a Wednesday you need to order it by 17:00 on Monday so it arrives in Tuesday's post - and of course someone has to be available to sign for it.

Some staff however have not been trained on how to issue them and will claim they cant sell them. Yet if they look on the main screen there is a massive button saying "Rover Enquiry" or similar. However the general advice for any rover over the floor amount is to be referred to a staffed ticket office, e.g. the ALR would come under that advice. Title: Re: Day Ranger purchase - where? I think its more to do with the huge amount of fraud related to on board purchases of ALR. However for obvious reasons I wont go into detail.
