"Should you require any assistance... please feel free to ask a member of staff... on Platform 2" In other words - if you need any help getting up these stairs, please go up the stairs, over the bridge, down another flight of stairs, find a member of staff and ask them to help you. If you needed to access the Platforms via step free access, you'd need to be taken across the track on a crossing escorted by staff member. Where we the staff members to be found??
