Title: Thank you FGW (no seriously!) Post by: BerkshireBugsy on January 27, 2014, 17:20:11 Today's journey home from Paddington to Thatcham via Reading was memorable because nothing memprable happened..if you get my meaning
The train to Reading ( and on to Swansea) left on time (2646) There were no speed restrictions en route There were no queues to get platformed at reading And I managed to catch an early traing from Reading to a Thatcham (by about 10 seconds but that was enough!) And the icing on the cake was that it seems that not many passengers know when part of a 165 is no longer 1st class..well, I wasn't going to tell them was I! This is the first time in probably 3 or 4 months I have had a journey like this and it made a nice change. Title: Re: Thank you FGW (no seriously!)
