Title: Re: Celebrating 15 years of Heathrow Express Post by: Electric train on January 21, 2014, 19:45:58 I was involved in the commissioning of the electrification, including spending many Saturday nights / Sunday mornings in (the now closed) Slough IECC assisting the duty Electrical Control Room Operator with all the ins and outs of livening up and commissioning 25kV. Also involved in system tests like short circuit testing and steady current all good fun stuff
