Title: Renewing Network Railcard Post by: bobm on January 07, 2014, 19:32:24 I am trying to find out how far in advance you can renew a Network Railcard.
The application form makes no mention of it. I don't live in the Network Card area but make frequent journeys through it so the card is useful to me, but need to build in time to visit a station to renew it. They don't show a start date, so the new one just looks like it will last about 55 weeks... Paul Title: Re: Renewing Network Railcard Post by: JayMac on January 07, 2014, 20:10:27 From 'The Manual':
Quote Renewals Railcards can be renewed up to one month before the old Railcard expires. However there must be no break of continuity between old and new Railcards. Customers must complete and sign a new application form from the current Network Railcard leaflet and pay the appropriate Railcard price. Always ensure the clerk fills out, stamps, and returns to you, the receipt box of the Railcard leaflet. Keep this safe should a replacement Railcard be needed due to loss/theft.
