Title: Cheapest way from London to Melksham Post by: Btline on December 10, 2013, 22:15:09 Now that a proper Melksham service is up and running, what would be the cheapest way of - say - doing a circuit London - Swindon - Melksham - Westbury - London (preferably being able to break journey en-route).

Then a Change of Route Excess for the return portion up to route: Any Permitted for an additional ^2.50. Total ^51.00. Without getting creative, and looking at specific trains for calling points that could give a combination of Day tickets, that's likely close to the best you'll find. Two separate Advance Purchase fares may be the best bet if planning ahead.
