50% off First Great Western car parking

Helping people to make the most of the Christmas break, First Great Western is to offer 50% off car parking across their network of stations until the end of January.

Reducing the cost of a crisp coastal walk, a visit to a Christmas market or taking an idyllic countryside escape, a 50% discount on current weekend parking will begin on Sunday December 8.

Running until Sunday 26 January, the discounted rates will apply on Saturdays and Sundays on all Apcoa Connect Mobile Payment bookings only, across the FGW network, including Oxford and Didcot. The offer excludes Reading Station, where a special ^5 a day promotion will run from Friday 27 December to Wednesday 1 January.

Oxford Station Manager Dave Martin said: ^As one of the UKs leading transport providers, First Great Western is committed to supporting the communities we serve. Ensuring that we continue to put our customers first and help communities to prosper, we hope this reduction will help customers to enjoy a day out, go to sales or take that train journey that they have always dreamed of.^

To take advantage of the discount, please pay through the APCOA Cashless Connect mobile system.

For the best value fares and offers or to make the most of our Group Save discount buy before you board at www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk, download our free mobile app or telephone 08457 000125.
