I already have the train ticket and omitted to buy the add-on! Ticket office won't be open when I board on Tuesday. Just had a quick look at the FGW and NR booking sites and failed to find them.

They should be able to sell you a Travelcard from their Avantix ticket machine. It's a request they often get and some TMs will even announce that they can sell Travelcards.
