Title: Coop to expand its rail-freight operations, including South West Post by: caliwag on September 28, 2013, 11:01:53 An article, with no real detail, in the York Press, reports that the Coop is to expand its Rail freight ops. Currently Daventry to Glasgow, but does anyone have any information about the destination of the proposed South West services.
Edited by Brucey to change the title from "fright" to "freight" Title: Re: Coop to expand its rail-fright operations, including South West Post by: ChrisB on September 28, 2013, 11:23:05 Scary! :-)

Title: Re: Coop to expand its rail-freight operations, including South West Post by: JayMac on September 28, 2013, 22:32:42 ChrisB was, I believe, referring to the typo in the topic heading before my colleague Brucey corrected it.
'-fright' now reads '-freight' ;) Title: Re: Coop to expand its rail-freight operations, including South West Post by: Red Squirrel on September 28, 2013, 23:07:28 Interesting... Someone has clearly put out a press release as this has been reported (using virtually identical wording) in a number of organs including 'The Grocer'. But as caliwag says, the details are vague. There is nothing yet on the co-op's website under 'Press and media', so perhaps we'll just have to wait a bit...
