21. Haw Par Villa MRT Station, Singapore.

And congratulations flyingscotsman for capturing what appears to be the archetype of a 'ned (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ned_(Scottish))' in picture 1. Although being in Kircaldy and thus near to Edinburgh, it's possible he's a 'schemie'. Could he look any more unhappy with his lot? ;D

Oh, and number 11. Do we have to name the location, or the person featured?

After my understandable confusion between Thurso and Wick - how about number 13 also being Georgemas Junction looking in the opposite direction to the view in 10?

No inside information is present.  And it is my understanding the flying scotsman wants the location not the random person caught in it

8. Bridge across the River Largan from Belfast Central and, south of the border, 18. looks like Dublin Connolly.

Todays updates done - can say everyone who guessed today were correct.

Just 7 to go - and at least one or two of them should be a gimme for the collective

3 looks to me a lot like one of the stations on the line between Guildford and Reading, although I can't off the top of my head remember which one. I'll take a punt at Farnborough North but I have feeling that's not correct.

Excellent quiz and test / fun - Thank You Mookimoo and FlyingScotsman.  ... I was looking from Bathgate to Drumgelloch for number 7 ... and couldn't find any pictures that matched.  11 had to be Highland Railway and probably far North, but could have been a few others as I think that was a standard type of building?    Ah well - as quizzed should be, some obvious and some tricky!
