Title: Free two month Family & Friends Railcard from the Daily Mail (May 2013) Post by: JayMac on May 12, 2013, 11:28:12 An offer available to all and no need to buy the Daily Mail.
So if you travel with children and don't yet have a F&F railcard, this is an ideal way to check out the money you can save. An F&F railcard gives you 1/3 off most Standard Class (Anytime, Off Peak, Super Off Peak, Advance) adult fares and 60% off for accompanying children. All child fares are subjecto to a ^1 minimum. Up to four adults and four children can travel on one railcard with the minimum group being one named cardholder adult and one child. For most of the UK there are no time restrictions. The only exception is for journeys in London and the South East (the Network Area (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/tickets/Network-railcard-area.pdf)) where there are restrictions in the week day morning peak. Those peak times vary dependent on journey, so check before purchasing. To claim your free two month Family & Friends Railcard, complete the form at the following link. Remember that you can have two named cardholders for added flexibility. Take not that there are marketing preferences boxes on the application. They need to be unchecked if you do not wish to receive marketing correspondence from ATOC Ltd or the Daily Mail. http://www.familyandfriends-railcard.co.uk/dailymail/ This page is printed from the "Coffee Shop" forum at http://gwr.passenger.chat which is provided by a customer of Great Western Railway.
