Title: Which customer satisfaction Voodoo poll Post by: swrural on February 19, 2013, 09:47:31 I feel sorry for our FGW, ATW and SWT companies this week. The extremely dubious 'member survey' in Which Magazine has been plastered over every paper in the land from parish mags to the nationals (clearly a slow news week).
All pick out the local cherry from this evil cake, respecting their line. I've done my bit by explaining where possible on rail web sites the difference between a properly conducted poll and what we pollster followers call a 'voodoo' poll.
