I'm stood on Warrington Central Platform 2. The CIS is not one I've heard before but there was an announcement just a moment ago about a delayed East Midlands Train service to Liverpool Lime Street. (12 minutes delay) I don't know if you've ever heard the announcer voice but to me when it got to the delay part the voice was "Very Sorry" His voice sounded anything but. Infact may I be so bold as to say it sounded rather smug? And definitely very sarcastic...?! Opinions?
